I wanted to write this post about two or so months ago but never got do it. Now is the time. I’ll be writing this as if I wrote it two months ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today I received two letters. One of them containing bad news, the other one opportunity. The first letter that caught my eye was adressed by my school. I opened it to check what they wrote and soon closed it again. It contained a message that I already received. It said that I had a lot of missing hours and if I weren’t to excuse them that I’d be expelled then. Like I said that didn’t surprise me and by that time I already knew where I was going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now onto the other letter. Strangley it was sent to me by my health insurance company and unlike the other mail it was completly unrealted to my current situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The letter was about making a choice about being an organ donar, one that I never got so straight away like that. Just days prior I had a discussion in my school’s philosohphy class about being an organ donor and wheater or not it should be opt-out by default or stay opt-in by default as how it is handled at the moment where I live. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I took the chance to think about it. I had thought about becoming an organ donor before though I had some bad thoughts about what would happen with my body and everything. I always found the idea irretating of doctors taking away your organs and other things from your body once your dead instead of being burried but something had changed… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My attitude towards my own life and the meaning of it. One beautiful story that inspired me to become an organ donor was that of the main character’s story in Angel Beats. Although I don’t believe that I’ll be in a similiar situation that he was in I still think I can possibly do something good with that decision and yea maybe, just maybe save saveone’s life and let them life for a little longer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
